Ordered 3 bottles of Orviax on December 20, 2011 (in the Netherlands) at the price of €99.99. Received order confirmation email and site says orders shipped within 24 hours of receiving but it's now January 7th and after 2 emails, I have no answer and no product (although they promise an answer to all customer service inquiries also within 24 hours). I will make 1 more attempt and then I will try and cancel the credit card withdrawal. Perhaps it will end up OK but I would proceed with caution or warnings when dealing with this company!
