I ordered their info on making millions from home (I should know by now that these claims of fast millions are garbage - I'm a slow learner). It was junk and per their guarantee I returned it USPS Certified. It was received by them 10-7-11. No response in a reasonable time so I wrote them on 12-14-11 once again telling them they'd received it back and reminding them of their money-back guarantee. Still nothing.
Update: 01/07/2012
I received full refund the day after I posted complaint. That's still too long to wait for money back.
