A pop up came on face book offering a free trial of products with a nominal fee for postage. I applied for the free offer giving my credit card details for the postage of around $3. I have since had 8 debits on my account totaling $464.00. I sent an email to the company on 2 December telling them that I didn't want any of their products and to refund me the money they have withdrawn from my account. They had disregarded this and continued to debit me. I have lodged a fraud investigation with my bank
