The website looked genuine but I received a re directed email from real pay. I tried to contact the website to cancel my order but was unable to. I emailed but have no reply. I realise the site is a scam but it looked genuine and only discovered it too late, albeit minutes after I had paid and wanted to cancel.

  • i also purchased something from this website, not 100% sure if it is a scam tho.

    after lots and lots of emails via the merchant and the payment processor i finally got a reply and had a conversation with 'someone' and i told them what i thought of them and its a scam etc, ive also called the bank to stop my card in case its used again, anyway after all this and lots of backwards and forwards on the emails ive been given a tracking number and that also didnt see to work until today, the tracking number is now live and its telling me the product is in Singapore and due to arrive to the uk. Im not sure if more than one person has been issued the same tracking number or what is going on still really but im just letting you know im in the same shoes (no pun intended) but have had slightly more progress than others. (maybe there just sending me the product to shut me up as ive been harassing them for over a week now roughly 10 times per day) either way if i hear anything more i will let yo

  • Can you tell me how you got in contact with them via email, phone etc. My daughter placed order on 1/1/12 but nothing yet and I would hate it if it is a scam bless her

  • we at first i was in contact with the payment processor and they were replying with ..... they said this and they said that witch i thought was untrue, until they emailed me directly saying "contact me on this email"... so i did. and it went from there, if you haven't heard anything as of yet email them with your order number and say you think you have been scammed etc etc and hopefully they will reply. the email address i got is [email protected], if you google it that email is attached with mywinterboot.com hopefully its all legit if it is i will post on here to say i wouldn't want to tell people it is if its not.   • me 2, lets just wait and see tho, i think the site is a scam but after lots of emails ive been issued a number, maybe lots of people have been issued this same number ? lets not get hopes up tho just incase :(

  • I ordered boots from this site on 8-1-2012, the money was taken by a company called wedopay.net on the 10-1-2012 the website claimes that 12hours after payment has cleared the boots will be dispatched.....still this morning they were saying they hadnt yet been dispatched....i had until today sent 2 emails asking when they would be sent but had no reply so i emailed wedopay.net and they gave me a tracking number, went to track them came back 'no such ref' so i researched and saw this site and the bad reports so i decided to email mywinterboot.com again but this time threatened with not only trading standards but also my solicitor...within 5mins i had an email claiming boots dispatched and a tracking number this email was sent from nick brown but said best regards cindy at the end. i did as advised and checked my tracking number at www.speedpost.com.sg, this site claims my boots were dispatched today at 6pm (singapore time) and are being flown to the UK...i emailed 'cindy' back and she t

  • Hiya, you need to contact the email address sent to you by wedopay.net when you payed, quote all the info and threaten legal action. They will send you a tracking number from the royal mail saying your boots are coming in from singapore.
    Let me know when you get a tracking number, we can compare to make sure they arent sending us all the same one.

  • just a quick update folks (as promised) as you know i ordered them on the 28th Dec..... looks like parcel force will be delivering today sometime (hopefully) i will let you know if it is actually boots lol anyway heres my tacking status so far.

  • just got them.... still like i said before not sure if they just sent me some because i pieed them off so much (100s of emails) or the site is legit.... either way folks i told you how i done it and it worked. (using the email i posted above)

    Hope you all as lucky as me (also please keep in mind these slipped frew customs. note everyone is so lucky)

  • well i have been tracking my boots and apparently royal mail have them...as i am now tracking them thru the royal mail website....according to 'cindy' they should b here by saturday!!!

  • handed over to airline means there still in Singapore ...it will update when it get to your country, then when its a customs, then when parcel force/royal main have it.... the tracking i posted was from the uk.... this is from speedpost

  • Also princesspuma parcel force and royal mail are the same (in so many ways) it will be parcel force delivering your parcel also track via the Parcelforce website it gives you more detail

  • i have jus looked on parcel force....they are awaiting cudtoms clearance and have been since friday.....hope they arrive soon cos im gettin bored of waiting!!!!!!!!
