- I have read some of your complaints about Gen x marketing. I was very angry to see $30 removed from my checking account. After calling and getting my named removed from their services, I was given a supervisor. She explained that I had applied for a payday loan, which cost $30. Only problem I never excepted the payday loan. That did not matter to her, she explained, if you except the loan then the $30 is refunded to you. She could not tell me or wouldn't tell me the name of the payday loan company. So, I will be out $30 unless the bank will reverse the transaction. Maybe a complaint to the better business bureau. anyone have that address or number. Maybe Obama's new consumer watch dog, anyone have that address or phone number.
