I ordered their report about making money. Waited a long time (poor customer service) and finally sent a note 10-21-11 that I had not received it and they either needed to send it or refund me. The same day I received their info. It was bogus crap (as usual) and I returned it certified mail 10-27-11. USPS tracking says they recd. it 10-31-11. I have never received my money back.
Update: 01/07/2012
I received full refund the day after I posted this complaint - still too long to wait for money back. That's just not good business and worthy of a complaint.
