I was attempting to apply online for some payday loans and somehow through third party websites my information got sent over to premier savings, or savingspaysclub.com and my checking account was overdrawn due to an electronic check that they filed for their membership of $99.49 that i did not authorize, i do not have money to waste hence my payday loan search, but now i am in even more of a financial bind than i was in the first place! i want my money back now!! i have tried to contact them in any possible way but first the line was just a busy tone, then it went to a voicemail service but it never rolled me over to a live person. Chase won't refund the money or do anything about it until i talk to the company, i can't even file fraud? help!
