THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY DID NOT CONTACT ME. THE PEOPLE WHO STOLE MY CARDS CHANGED MY ADDRESS TO ANOTHER LOCATION. I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE CHARGES WHEN I MADE AN AUDIT OF MY CARDS LATE DEC.
