Complaint 55331 Details

I got a email from flex card I fill the application out on 11/18/2011 it stated that I would be getting a line of credit of $2200 and it would take 10 to 14 business days to receive the card. Mind you after I did it I called had no problems getting through a young man answered the phone because I had questions because as soon as you finish the application and they STEAL your money they send you to a page for a payday loan so I was a little confused about that well anyhow to make this story short the last time I spoke to a live rep was 12/09/2011 and she stated that my card was in transit meaning it was suppose to be on it's way. The phone hung up I tried to call back and got a messages saying that they was working on the phones they would be out from 12/12 to 12/16 ok and when I tried calling that following Monday which was 12/19/2011 that number was still saying the samething. I writting on the blog to let you people know that I never received a card and the actually got a couple of my family members to so be aware someone said anything that is to good to be true 9 out of 10 it's not.
