Company wont allow me to contact them in appropriate time to cancel service! They specify if you dont cancel within 3 days you are charged $29.95 mo automatically. They DO NOT give any contact info to cance with ! There is one 800 number however when I called this the person said their computer was broke and couldnt do anything- they hung up on me !!! after that I couldnt get through to that same number again. Ther is no email, address - nothing to get info from this company. They now have my credit card number, and I did not authorize a monthly charge !

- Look through the comments I have posted on this page. I called EVERY day until I got a cancellation number and I've also filed with my card company to let them know of this fraud. The man that answers the phone (its the same one every time) changes his name unless you ask him first and are really nice to him. But when asked at the end of a very turbulent conversation, he will tell you its Joe or Jon or some other common name. I asked him to spell it right away when he answered. They gave me the run around too...if we get enough people to file with the BBB and possibly send emails/letters to the attorney general of Utah, perhaps we can shut this a**hole down!
