I wrote on December 11th 2011 about Williams Credit trying to go into my account and get money that was not there. My bank charged me an over limit fee of $29.00. I got a email from federalbureaunit101 commenting on the report that I had submitted on Scambook and it said that a special agent M.A. Willington of the Sepcial Data Unit a seperate branch of the FBI in UK investigated and retrieve some of my money. I emailed Scambook on December 13 to asked them how long would it take for me to receive my money and I never got a response. On 1/3/2012, Williams Credit took $44.00 from my account and called my bank which in return had me to come to the office and bring a copy of the email that I received from Scambook to the bank. My bank in return put a dispute in back to Williams Credit and a copy of the email from Scambook regarding the first time that I had put the complaint with Scambook. My bank also took the email that I got from Scambook to the fraud department and awaited their phone call. Why I was at the bank, the fraud division explained that Scambook was a scam and the federalbureauunit101 in UK website was also a scam and that London do not have a FBI. What I need is clearance on this company and I want my money back. My bank explained to me that if Williams decide that they will not pay, I will be out of $73.00, I am waiting for my money to be given back to me on way or the other. Today there is so much going on, on the website and greed is the reason that people go through this kind of means to bait and take from people, the bottomline if you feel that you are a real company, I should not be having problem with obtaining my money from this company in the meantime, I will be doing my homework. I would appreciate if you would respond to complaint as soon as possible.
