I wanted to buy a Tim Tebow jersey for a Christmas present but it had to be authentic. Googled it, and this site came up. Ordered it. Gave my card information, address, etc. etc. and thought it was strange I was never prompted for shipping options. Nor did they give me a time frame as to when it would arrive. It only said "Free Shipping" on the reciept. I know it was close to Christmas (and I didn't care if I got it by then) I emailed the site to ask. Email was the only option to contact. I got a response from an 'Elaine' saying it would be "4-7 business days but possibly longer because of the holiday". Fair enough but I got a little suspicious about all the Chinese lettering before the English. On my bank statement my money went to Beijing.($125.99) Then on 12/22/11, two days later I got another charge from the same bank for $3.79 for an "international payment". It was January 3rd (two weeks later) and I still had not recieved the jersey. And there was no way to track it. I emailed again asking. My response was again from "Elaine" with the Chinese lettering and the English was not correct. She said she would "contact the shipping company" and "not to worry". Someone told me about spambook.com. I saw several complaints exactly like mine. I was furious and emailed again asking for my money back. I didn't expect a response but I got one. This "Elaine" told me that I could get my money back with a %10 processing fee! Yeah right. I'm definitely NOT giving them anymore money. I dont know how I'm ever going to get it back but this looked like a good place to start.
