These people are LIARS of the first degree!! Disgusting! I filed a claim immediately with my credit card company. They were told that they could only issue one refund, which they did, however, they charged me again for December!! The person I spoke with, Steven, basically told me too bad and I just have to deal with it. But, he will cancel my membership. Great!! At least I can take some solace in the fact that I am not alone. Everyone should bombard them with phone calls!! 888-632-5590
