I applied in 10/2011,grant online federal ,I was called on 11-2-11 and firt they said I could get a 8000.00 grant and I only had to pay 200.00 and 10.00 for western union fees -so I did and to call them back after it was done with a mctn number on money sent. The number is 1-202-657-5251. Then I was told that I had to pay 796.00 on taxes so I made 393.00 and 10.00 for western union fees, and on the 11-3-2011 send 250.00 and 10.00 and another 250.00+10.00 western union fees +4.63 charge for using a credit card connected to my bank account. Then I was told 250.00 activiation fee was needed.Then I was told there is a lawyer fee for 325.00. Which I refused to pay. So I was told that a cancallation fee was 125.00 ,so I made a western union 11-29-2011 125.00+10.00 fee. And no money yet.S0 I contacted tht federal grant on the 12-1-11, I was told that my money will be return in 5 days, by mail. And not recieved yet. S0 I contant them again on 12-14-11 by telephone, requesting another 200.00 to get my money, did it again western union 200.00+10.00 fee. And no money was recieved that day. I kept calling them, but on 12-15-11-I was told that the check will be mailed to me 1,482.63 in 5 days. No check yet, So I kept calling them and leaving messages and still they refuse send my money. I called the federal grant again on 1-3,-2012 and a woman answer I was told another 200.00,I refused and she hung up on me. I called again on 1-4-2012, a man answered-told the amount day before 200.00 to cancelled, soI told him no way I am going to pay more, and 1,482.63 is all they are getting return my money or I will report the federal grant make a complaint about fraud and scam done to me.I am constantly calling and leaving messages. I have names they used, each time I called they have different names each time I talk to someone
