Ordered a Honda 10 kw generator in November. Spoke a person named Craig and he said I should have it around first or second week of December. When it didn't arrive I called and keep getting a message if I was checking on the status of the order email him and he would get back to me in 24 hours. I finally got a email saying he was shipping December 22, 2011. As of now the generator has not arrived but my credit card was charged on November 28. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, and they have put the charge in dispute and they said they would contact the company to find out what is going on.
I told them good luck because Craig does not respond to emails or phone calls. I would advise everyone do not do buisness with this company, they are not reliable. All I have ask him was either deliver the generator or refund my credit card. Will advise of the outcome.

Update: 01/17/2013

I had my credit card credited for the full amount not to much after making the complaint.
