I ordered what appeared to be a trial sample of 2 types of cream, for the two smaller amounts. I have just discovered that the larger amount of £74.95 has been taken out of my bank account, and when I telephone the company I was told that they were not sample creams at all, and were now charging me the full price for them, and the smaller amounts were the postage.
When I said that I hadn't even informed them whether I like the product, I was told it was too bad, and I couldn't send them back as I had opened them.
Looking at the other complaints that are exactly the same as mine, it is obviously a scam. I will get in touch with the company again, and pester them for action.
