my credential expired on 12 /31/11, i was busy working multiple shifts in the hospital, they were closed on 12/31/11 and open on
1/2/12, when i longin to recertify they told me that i was late and i need to pay double the price i think that is wrong, the certificate is only expired at that time for two days, the regular price is $ 125 now they need $ 250.
