I went online looking for a phone for my daughter for Christmas through Google then several other sites and ended up on dealfun.com, which appeared to be a good site by the testimonials on the site so I did the auction with a bid package I purchased, and bid on the phone auction and won so I thought. The money transaction was instantly. They took out two different transactions the bid package (60.00) and then the purchase (1.68). I had more than enough on the bid package to cover the payment on my purchase. It has been a month and the tracking number I have for my order does not work, customer support has been giving me the run around saying your order has been delay in shipping however it show me it shipped a month ago and they have told me to give it a couple more weeks to arrive and offering me more bids on this site dealfun.com. I have since looked up dealfun scams and found many people in the same spot as me.

  • I had sent an e-mail to dealfun.com and on 1/7/2012; I finally get a response stating, “I have reviewed your account and the item if actually showing as having been delivered as of 1/6/2012. If this is not the case please reply back to this email and I will gladly investigate the issue further” I reply no more than 20 minutes from the time I got this e-mail with the following response: I have not received any packages from you. It is also funny to me that it still shows shipped on my dealfun account! Sure that your just going to tell me you have not updated your records. It is also so nice to see how your customer service gets back to you in such a timely manner... 2 days later! Have already put legal aspects into motion towards this matter since your company, cannot do business the legal upstanding way. Sent with a copy from my dealfun account showing that it still show package shipped…
    I received this response the next day from dealfun coustomer service with the following respons

  • Well I checked my account this afternoon and I have 2 deposits in my account 1 for 69.00 and another 1 for 1.68. Sure is funny how quick they cancelled my account even after trying to tell my that my stuff had delivered on 1/6/12 and refunded my money...

    Well this was one lesson I will remember for a long time and do no think I will be buying anything online for a while...may not get my money back next time.
