Saw the advert paid £5.92 just for post n packaging on 21/12/11 with a 30 day free trial. On 5/1/12 £74.95 came off my account. No agreement or notification received. Tried phoning their number and all I got was music.

  • You need to write to them by e mail instructing them to stop taking money from your account as it is unauthorised, and then forward that e mail to your bank or credit card company so they can refuse to pay any more payments from that company out of your account. Otherwise the company will treat you as a subscribed customer and keep taking money every month. Get moving on it quickly to give your bank enough time to stop the payment.

  • I had the same problem but since got their phone no. (0808) 168 3684 (according to BT this is a free phone no) and have since called them. Spoke to a lady named Kim who was helpful. Told me the t & c's of the trial are that they send you out more product charging in advance. Asked why they had charged twice but sent no product. Was then told that the product had been despatched and should arrive shortly. I advised her that I wished to cancel and wanted a full refund of £251.90 as I would still pay the £2.95 charge for the sample. She tried to negotiate some free product and they keep my money which would then not be "FREE", then she tried to get me to agree to a 50% refund but I stood my ground and told her I wanted a full refund and I would return the product. She then agreed and I was given the address details to return product to once it arrives and I had then to phone her with the tracking no. and once the products were returned I will be given my full refund which i'm happy to say

  • Thanks so much for that feedback Kate. I have spent an hour on hold. I got through once and person on end said 'hello' and then hung up on me! Am still trying to get through. I'll let you know how I got on.
