Iwas browsing some adds and came across this add for a FREE trial of Perfect Radiance ant-wrinkle cream andRevita DERM anti-ageing moisturising cream, It said I only had to pay £5.99 for post and package. So I happily sent away for it and received it within the week. I was away for a few days at new year and the day after I came back I received a phone call from my bank to check on recent transactions and that was when I discovered that they had taken £79.99+£74.99 out of my credit card without my permission as I was told that it was a free trial. I was furious so I tried to find contact details and could only find a page set up to send an email, which I then sent them and told them in no uncertain terms that I didn't authorise them to take anything apart from the £5.99 post and package and that I want my money back and that they have not to take any more money out of my account. I also asked them to email me back to let me know that they have received this email needless to say they didn't. Then I contacted my bank and told them all the details and they said that the company had the right to take the money and I said no they haven't because it is my money and they didn't get my permission to take my money as they said that it was a free trial, so my bank suspended the payment until they investigate the details and have told me to write to my bank informing them that I have not given this company permission to take any money out of my account apart from the original £5.99. So I have written to my bank and am waiting to see what happens now. So whatever you do DON'T get these products it's a scam to take your money without you knowing about it. Yours truly
Michelle B
