My husband's response:
Hello, My payment is not a high risk payment. I opened the account and my wife and I selected the items we wanted for Christmas. I tried to pay with my Master Card only to discover that you do not accept that form of payment. My wife then used her Visa Card to make the purchase.



I have never been asked by any company to send a picture of any of our credit cards and I am not comfortable with that. We see where the payment has already been taken out of our account so please do not delay our shipment any longer, you have all ready caused us to receive our Christmas gifts too late. If you will not send then credit us our money back to the account. Thank you.

We then recieved an email again from Sunny (12/22/11):

Sorry for the delay!
Your order was refund, you can get the money back within 7 days.

My husband and I have tried to contact this site to no avail. When we did not receive our account credited back the above amount. We feel we have been scammed and have lost $472.60 + 14.18 and nothing to show from it.
