i bought perfect radience as a free offer only cost 2.95 for delievery/postal charges .. i thought brilliant worth a try on this trail offer... no not at all today i have been charge 74.95 no extra orders were made but still payments taken? being a single mother of 4 children i liked the idea of the bargin trial price offer as would never spend that kinda money on my self! let alone for the likes of wrinkle cream!. and now 74.95 for something i didnt order i have not received any extra products or able to afford to pay for that price product .. how can a company just take that out of my bank with out physical permission ? what happened to my safety rights regarding info taken when making online purchases? what do i do now to claim my money back, or even if i can get back ? what do i do now regarding this? and are they gonna continue to just take random payments.. ?

- Having also been caught by this company,I have spoken to Citizens Advice who directed me to consumer direct who have explained how to hopefully get a refund.It would take to long for me to explain how to go about trying to get a refund of the £74.95 which they helped themselves to, when I have not received even the trial product.The person who reported on 6th Jan ,you have time to get a refund under a law to do with the time span of supply,do hope this post will help .
