i SIGNED UP FOR A FREE TRIAL OF A WEIGHT LOSS PRODUCT. i WAS TO PAY THE POSTAGE AND HANDLING UP FRONT. TO DATE i HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT SO I PHONED THE BRISBANE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE AND GOT AN PERSON CALLED SAM WITH AN AMERICAN ACCENT.
SHE ADVISED THAT UNTILL I RECEIVE THE PRODUCT AND RETURN IT I CAN NOT GET MY MONEY REFUNDED.
SHE DID ADVISE ME AT MY REQUEST THAT MY ACCOUNT IS CANCELLED.
