I signed up for free bids and there was an instant charge to my card. I called imediately to cancel and they told me I couldn't. I told them it was false advertising and a scam, I called my credit card to cancel order they said unfortunately I couldn't. I tried to bid on an ipad it said i won but then the screen frooze and I didn't get the ipad. I called grabswag they said they heard of similar complaints and couldn't do anything about it. I tried to use my bids being that I payed for them but the same stupid merchandise not worth bidding on was available. I called again they said they were looking into it. All I ever see is the same video game, more bids crap no electronics although history shows people win computers, T.V. I pads etc.
