I received a phone call from EPC stating that I had been approved for a $5,000.00 credit card. I was told that I could use this card anywhere I wanted. I was not told that I had to shop on their website. I was also charged an additional $19.00 on 12/30/2011. I told them that I could not pay the $99.00 until I got paid and they took my money out of my account. I was never told that they had my back account number and social security number. Today, Jan 3, 2012, I received a call from the same company telling me that I had been approved again. When you call the 800 number all you get is a recording giving you an email address to cancel. All it does is bring you up to this site to report a complaint. I am on a very limited income. I want my money back. $118.00 total. They need to stop taking the $19.00 monthly fee as well.
