They advertised on my email for a FREE SAMPLE of electric cigarettes to prevent having to go outside to smoke charged £7.95 p&p then took £59.95 from my credit card, refused to refund when asked saying I should have read the small print which is not on the main advert. If you do get involved read the small print on payment page or you could lose £59.95

- They actually advertise a RISK-free trial and they give you 15 days to try the e-cig out and decide whether you want to keep it or not, which I think is fair enough... If you don't like it, you just have to call them to cancel your trial (within the 15 days) and then you won't be charged the full price of the kit - you just have to return it. I am getting on great with mine - been off the fags for ages now!
