I purchased two pair of Dr. Dre's on 12/13/2011. I purchased them with a one time visa card I bought from my bank. I did receive my order and one pair of the headphones had a blown ear piece. I went online to add the headphones to warranty and to see what I needed to due about getting a new pair. I even verified the serial number. When I finally spoke to some one from the dr. dre website they are the ones that informed me I ordered them from a counterfeit website. I had to email them my receipt. I have contacted sure beats and they informed me to mail back my dr. dre's and they said they would send me a refund. But REALLY?
