I had applied for a payday loan but changed my mind, they gave me a cancelation number and assured me that my account would not be charged. I later found out that it had been charged to my account and never put back.I have called customer service a total of 4 times and they tell me that it will take 3 to 7 business days to reappear in my account but it never dose.They just wait for people to get tired and forget about it. I even sent a e-mail explaining how it cost me money because of being over drawn at the bank. I just got at no reply conformation reply. These people need to be dealt with.
