I received a phone call from my credit card provider - Citizens Bank - questioning the transaction as my account had no activity for quite some time. I stated I had not authorized this transaction. They told me they would close that credit card & issue a new one. They have done so but now I must make an attempt to 'settle' with the merchant before they remove the charge. I will note this complaint as part of my proof.
