The Virgin "nightmare" happened in Sept 2011....I purchased a Motorola Triumph phone for over $300.......the sound was poor and I had to use speaker phone and everyone said I was muffled,,,,etc. I called the company...they sent me a refurb phone...imagine that..a new model but refurbished...this happened 2 more times.....so I was on phone with Virgin over 12 hours total time...and I got a bad new Motorola Triumph..then 3 refurbs that worked the same way!!! I decided to take a LG instead so I can have a PHONE that works....the difference isa $170.....I keep getting tossed around...I know the chain now....first advisor..then tech then supervisor...one supervisor even said she will escalate to higher powers and will send me an e-mail.....NOthing...I wrote 3 times on my account and even sent a letter to Corporate in Warren, NJ....I have got back nothing....Now they are threatening to cut my service because they said they never got the last phone which I DID send back.......nothing but insanity.....No customer satisfaction and I I want is a $170 credit to my acct....which they say...they will not do! SOOOOOO frustrating!
