I got a virgin mobile prepaid phone around january 2011. I canceled this phone back in august or september of 2011 and switched to verizon. I do not get bank statements off of my debit card due to it being a work paid card. The money goes on the card, and that is it. Well, I find out a year later, on November 1st that I have been getting charged for this phone even though I canceled it, and they never even canceled it, it was still active the whole time and just a broken old phone sitting in my garage. When I called customer service NUMEROUS times, I was informed that they have no record of the card being canceled and will not refund my money, even though they can clearly see the phone has not been used in over a year.
