I saw this advertised via Facebook and it was claiming that the new African Mango ingredient had helped many lose up to 10kgs in a month. To get the free trial products you had to sign up using promo codes before the end of the 22 December 2012 (the date I located saw the ad) and only pay $2.95 for shipping for each product. They saw me coming.....I'm normally alot more cautious...now I'm worried that they will keep deducting money from my credit card as they stated that you had 2 weeks to cancel a continuing subscription of up to $100 for a month supply of each product!!!

- Please cancel your card, not worth the risk. I ordered as well to get the free trail. After trying to contact the company via the numbers on the website and receive the message "please check the number and try again" I canceled my card that very day. I still have the same account just different card. Needless, to say I didn't receive the trail products either.

Hi everyone, I ordered the products on the 26th of December 2011, as I too read the article by womens health austraila.
I emailed them at [email protected] and in about 48 -36 hrs I received a reply, saying that the products were in transit.
I called them today on 001118887176928 and spoke to a customer service lady, and she pulled up all my details including the email that was sent. Her explanation was that the products were outside the USA with another postal courier, and that they most likely are held in customs, and that it may take 20 days in customs before I receive the products. She extended my trial period for a further 30 days, and said to call her when I receive the goods, and if I dont get them before the 30 days is up, to call her again to cancel my credit card etc.
She was really helpful. So for now I just have to sit and wait and hope that they turn up before 30 days. -

I received one product after ordering 2. I used the number you posted and was told the same story as you. They agreed to cancel all orders and will not be making any charges to my credit card. Thanks heaps! -
