Did not order this product, have never recieved produst and was charged this amount. Have had the same problem with juveau. So sick of this these people are nothing but scam artists that should be placed in jail. Just spoke to a lady on phone and she was very rude and hung up on me. Not Happy. Please help.

Most of the credit card companies and the banks provide fraud protection to the customers provided it is reported immediately. Call ur credit card customer service and dispute these charges and I am hopeful u see positive results. The guilty party (very smart with the words) will try to justify and point the blame at u but u should not loose ground. If it is a bank then file with the bank immediately and I am very hopeful u get ur money back. If u succeed, then please spread the word to others in the similiar situation
