phoned me up and said my computer had a virus,said that they had been informed about this virus by a windows technician,they then asked me to type a number onto my computer,which gave them access to it,they were then able to pinpoint the viruses on computer,which looked very serious.I paid£95 to have them removed,but then I got problems which I didnt have before they got onto my computer,I realised what had happened,that they where scamming my computer,I had payed them through paypal[I dont know how they had got onto my paypal account],however I changed my I.D and password with paypal,and finally I purchased a new computer
