Ordered a coat of there "official web site" and asked if it was authentic with which they replied yes and then ordered it. When it the coat came it was not authentic with raccoon fur and sent the wrong size and when I asked what their address was to send it back immediately, back at my expense for a refund which is stated in the refund policy, they have given me every excuses possible.
