We were told we had already won a cash prize of $898,899. All we had to do is send them $20. There were a couple caveats that let them respond with an "I'm sorry, but detailed accounting revealed you were not in fact a winner," or some such response. This looks like mail fraud, which should land them in prison. They may have covered that base in some way, probably by sending the victim 89 cents; something that can be derived from reading the "fine print."
