Complaint 52995 Details Scan your bills for fraud

I get charged every month for $58.39. It has happened twice so far. I can only guess that it has to do with ordering information from Grant Assist in the amount of LESS THAN THREE DOLLARS! I did not authorize any additional payments. I have tried to call them, but only got a recording. If I have to change my bank account info I will be super angry. Can I involve some type of law enforcement agency? I never would have ordered anything, but it was supposed to be secure.
