After signing a contract, I sent Watchbrokers.com (aka We Buy Watches) my Rolex Sea-Dweller. They had agreed to inspect, clean, and sell my watch at a 19% consignment fee. They sold my watch on June 24, 2011 for $4,000. They refuse to pay me my share which is $3,240. As of today, December 31, 2011, they have paid me nothing. All they will tell me is that they had been under bad management and that the company has entered into an agreement with the Georgia Governors's Office of Consumer Protection which requires Watchbrokers.com to pay off all claims to people like me by November 31, 2012. I have spoken to their President, RJ Bergh, Salesman Eric Toso, and have exchanged e-mails with accounts payable person Brandy Bennett. They all act very hurt when I question their honesty or integrity

I want to launch or join a class action lawsuit against them.
