Ordered ugg boots and when we finally reacieved them, they were supposed to be real but they were fake and to return them it would cost $90 and I would need to ship them to shanghi. Since then they have changed there website 2x

If u paid by credit card. Then call customer service and complain about it that it is fraud and please if you want your money back then do not hold any thing back. CC issued by good companies have protection against fraud. If you paid thru your bank then banks also carry the same protection as well. Zero liability to the customers. It has to be reported immediately. Good luck. Now if you recover your losses then u need to spread the word to other who have been scammed. Collectively we can kill this business of scams

- Do you have a number for customer service because I placed a order from uggscheapus.com on the 21st on December and never received my order... $266.08 I want my money back!!
