I got a phone call on my cell stating that I had won a PCH contest for $255,000 but that I would need to purchase a blue reciept from the post office for $350 to give to the UPS person who would be giving me a cerified check. When I stated that I did not believe it and I did not think that PCH would charge any money for receipt of a check I was told it would be refunded. I then checked on the internet and found that this number is from Jamaica and many others have received similar calls.
