hi there i ordered the muppets complete boxset and it arrived today , when insecting the discs they are all copies and out of sync if id of wanted copies id of done it myself .i dont know what to do ive emailed the company but doubt they will reply.
what do i do next ? please help

- I am sooo sorry this happened to you. I almost fell for this a well. I became suspicious when I could not access the ability to pay with paypal. The site states they take paypal, but when I tried to use it there was not any paypal availability. I would DEFINITELY contact your credit card's fraud protection department; they can make sure this company cannot use your card number (or may change your number entirely) but they will also often contact the company themself for a refund AND may also stop payment or withdraw payment from them. - Also not to discourage you but, I would not hold your breath waiting for them to reply toany email. I contacted them for information on help to pay with paypal. I was potential money for them and they NEVER responded. I would go through the credit card company and hope for their help.

- I ordered & just finally received my boxed Muppet Set yesterday in the mail. What arrived is not authentic. To start, it is not a box containing individual DVD's in separate cases, but a case that flips the discs. I was alerted immediately that these are copies because the box was not cellophane wrapped, just bubble wrapped & the outside cover looked like a photocopy. There is no bar code, rating, copyright, pictures of what is on the DVD on the back of the box & no copyright on the DVD's themselves. When you watch the discs there is no warning about illegal copying. Fortunately, I happened to have borrowed DVD's from my library & the Alliance Vivafilm based in Montreal, Quebec has on the back of the disc case Help Stop Video Piracy- Call the Piracy Hotline 1-800-363-9166 which I did. I spoke with an investigator who is checking into things for me & will get back to me next week. In the meantime, I will wait patiently to see what comes out of all this & what my next step is to be. I did get an e-mail response when I wrote & said I hadn't got my order yet & I was told that if I hadn't got it by next week to let them know & they would send another out. Hopefully what I have done will help others.
