This White diamond cards also called their company as flex card program confirmed to me after cancelling my membership on 9/19/11, that I am going to get a check via mail for reimbursement between 5 to 7 business days. So I called them again after 7 business days and again gave me a confirmation number but did not receive any check. Then the third time I called, I asked them if they could just return it to my account where they took the money out, and I was told that it will take 7 to 10 business days. After 10 business days, I tried to call them and they would not answer anymore.
