Complaint 52213 Details

My husband and I received a phone call from "James Taylor" of Title and Transfer Services LLC in Florida (see below) stating the company's role in the sale process of timeshare property. After researching the company's validity and reputation, we submitted a check for $1,876.00 on August 1, 2011. For about a month, we communicated concerning the progression of events. Then he asked for more money and we knew something wasn't right. We were very disappointed to suddenly start reading about others online who were having problems with the company/Mr. Taylor. I confronted Mr. Taylor on the phone about his validity and he was extremely rude and defensive. All I asked was for our money back but that has not happened. Shame on him for taking advantage of old and young alike. Why can't smart people apply their intelligence to an honest day's work bent on helping and serving. I forgive him because Jesus Christ has forgiven me of my sins. But someday the unsaved will be judged by God Almighty...and it won't be pretty. We pray for him... The address we have on file is
