I ordered a pair of short brown uggs from this company, i recieved a confirmation email and I was told that my uggs had been shipped. They gave me a tracking code to track my item, when i tried submitting the code on www.uggnoble.com I was told that the website did not exist. www.marvelbarn was on my confirmation email and my money was supposidly paid to them so i entered my tracking code there and I was told that my item was in shanghai in China. It is now the 29th of Decemeber and nothing has changed. I tried emailing them but I can't as 'they do not exist' anymore. Is there anyone else that this has happened to ? and is there anyone who can help me get my money back?
