fammed and CAP both have tapped my 93 yr old mother's bank account. once in May and just last month. they operate out of the same address at 25 locust st, ste 304 , champlaign NY 12919. they are preying on older folks who are hard of hearing and getting their bank acct number then writing a check to that account....which is legal believe it or not.
