My friend sent me an email with a website link for Purasilk. I click on it and ordered two products - one for $3.95 (the purasilk) and another product for $2.95. I paid for both. I did not see any disclosure or notice of any kind on the website. Later I was billed twice ($74.94 each) and am now in dispute for the amount. Purasilk insists that I enrolled in a plan to receive the cream unless I cancelled within 14 days. When I went back to the website (after I had been billed), it had been removed and the ad was no longer available. I sent back the second package and was billed for two shipments (one that I returned and another that I never received.) The second company settled with me and I sent back the second order. Purasilk is still seeking payment and it has yet to be resolved.

  • Here is the terms straight from the web site I placed my order if you don't understand the terms then I do not know what to tell you I'm sick of these people that either don't read or are just stupid enough not too read the terms from any company you enter in to an agreement with and are billed exactly as the terms state then how can they call it a scam when the company tells you exactly what is going to happen if you do not cancel so read for yourself what was explained to me when I placed my order and I understand what I was getting into:
