I ordered a Barbour jacket for my husband and they sent me a ladies jacket which is a very small size 12. I have been speaking to them via their customer support site and they are now telling me to return the jacket to get a refund but I dont know their address.

- Hi Valerie. I am trying to find details for my order too but as I didn't receive confirmation of order or shipping, I didn't realise the payment had gone through until I received the item in the post! It is not the correct size and I need to send it back but can't remember the site as I tried so many so called North Face sites at that time. Do you have the website if not the address? Thank you!

Hi YT, you need to start a conversation with them on their customer support site I will send you the link. It is pretty pointless though because they will try all sorts of reasons why you shouldn't send it back and wont give you the return address. They have finally told me to send my item back but I am worried that they will not refund my money and I will pay for the postage to China and lose that too.

- Thank you, however I ordered a North Face jacket and have nothing on email so I can't look up the correct website as there are so many of these. I do remember none of the websites had an address or phone number though so I should have known. If the jacket fit it wouldn't be too bad but knowing that I was done, I just want to send it back. Thanks anyway for the information, I am emailing all the websites I can find just in case. YT
