I would like to be able to say I know what happened...but I don't. This company withdrew $58.07 from my checking on that date. I contacted online support. "Raida" stated I have an account with them, which I do not. She claimed to have closed my account and said she could only refund $40. I demanded it all. She said to "kindly" email the contact email. I did that as well.
I also called the 800# from my bank statement. An extremely poor English speaking rep refused to refund money, called me something I could not understand and then hung up on me.
What is going on? Who are these people?
