I ordered a orange tebow jersey 12/11/11. Received confirmation of payment and no tracking. Emailed the company, and Elaine replied checking on order , she said must have got misplaced she would check with shipping, she would get back with. 12/23/11 I emailed company again, and threatened to report them as this was a christmas gift. No response. emailed company 12/27/11. Received email 12/28/11 12:28 am from Elaine, representing the company and she would tell whoever I would get a refund, as she said the order may have got lost!
So where do I go from here, not sure. Just know this was a mess and will do whatever it takes to take this company out!!!
