On or about Sept.10,2011, I received a phone call from a Brian Moore from Tele Teton Corp. He said their address was 120 N. Washington Square, Suite 805, Lansing Mi, 48933. He said he had a buyer for my timeshare at Alpine Bay near Talladega, Alabama. I told him that I had been scamed two other times by people who wanted me to put up front money before the sale was final. I told him I was not going to put any up front money up. Two days later a lady called me and said the buyer had put up $2300 deposit and with a procssing deposit of $992.00 the sale would be final. So after receiving the agreementby e-mail, I signed the agreement and mailed it with a check for $992.00. The lady I talked to said her name was June Carter. My check cleared my bank on Sept. 16,2011. On Sept.26,2011, I received an e-mail saying that they had requested a Preliminary Title Report. On Oct. 10,2011, I received an e-mail saying that the paperwork had been submitted for my title report, and that they will start preparing the written requestof my resort's First Right of Refusal. From that date I have not received anything from them. Today, I tried to call this company at516-803-2700, and the telephone operator said that this number is no longerin service. Any help I can receive will be apprciated. THANKS
